Our 55*65cm (550*650mm) nano coated framed SMT stencil is a high-precision professional stencil exclusively engineered for SMT printing scenarios requiring anti-adhesion, corrosion resistance and high-quality solder paste release. Equipped with an ultra-thin 1-2μm nano super hydrophobic coating, this stencil effectively solves the common problems of solder paste adhesion, residue and difficult cleaning during SMT printing, while providing excellent protection against moisture, salt mist and dust corrosion, significantly extending the service life of the stencil. Adopting 6061-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy frame and precision fiber laser cutting technology, it ensures stable tension, excellent flatness and accurate solder paste deposition across the entire printing area.
