55×65cm Nano Coated Framed SMT Stencil | High-Precision for LED & Electronic Production
Our 55*65cm (550*650mm) nano coated framed SMT stencil is a high-precision professional stencil exclusively engineered for SMT printing scenarios requiring anti-adhesion, corrosion resistance and high-quality solder paste release. Equipped with an ultra-thin 1-2μm nano super hydrophobic coating, this stencil effectively solves the common problems of solder paste adhesion, residue and difficult cleaning during SMT printing, while providing excellent protection against moisture, salt mist and dust corrosion, significantly extending the service life of the stencil. Adopting 6061-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy frame and precision fiber laser cutting technology, it ensures stable tension, excellent flatness and accurate solder paste deposition across the entire printing area. Widely applied in LED lighting, consumer electronics, industrial control PCBs and small-batch high-precision SMT production, it is perfectly compatible with most manual and automatic SMT printing machines, especially suitable for mass production of tin paste boards that require automatic printing machines.
Equipped with 1-2μm ultra-thin nano super hydrophobic coating, the stencil has a contact angle of more than 150°, forming an air isolation film on the surface to prevent solder paste adhesion and residue. It ensures clean and uniform solder paste release, reduces solder bridging and missing prints, and greatly improves printing efficiency and product yield. The nano coating is thin and does not block pins or affect high-frequency signals, which is better than traditional anti-adhesion solutions.
The nano coating has excellent corrosion resistance, salt spray resistance (up to 168h) and moisture resistance, which can effectively isolate moisture, salt mist, dust and chemical gases, avoiding stencil corrosion and deformation caused by harsh environments. Under proper maintenance, the service life is 1.5-2 times that of ordinary SMT stencils, reducing long-term production costs.
Adopting advanced fiber laser cutting and nano electropolishing technology, the aperture walls are smooth, with aperture accuracy up to ±0.01mm, which meets the printing requirements of small LED chips and high-density circuits. The 30mm thick high-strength aluminum alloy frame ensures excellent rigidity and flatness, maintaining stable tension during printing, and ensuring consistent printing quality for each batch.
The 55*65cm size is a common specification for tin paste boards, which is perfectly suitable for most automatic SMT printing machines (automatic machines generally require a minimum length of 55cm for easy adjustment).
