Stencil lead time is one of the most underestimated causes of prototype delay, so we brought stencil manufacturing inside our own facility. QHPCBA is a precision PCB assembly manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China, focused on quick-turn SMT assembly and small-batch PCBA production for global hardware startups, R&D teams and OEM manufacturers. With our own SMT laser stencil workshop and an independent CNC fixture workshop, we respond faster, solve production issues in-house, and keep every prototype moving.
Most assembly houses order stencils from a third party, adding days before the first board can be printed. We cut laser stencils ourselves and can usually release them on the same day a stack-up or paste change is confirmed.
Stencil quality drives solder paste volume, which drives joint quality on fine-pitch parts. Controlling the stencil process internally lets us tune aperture design directly against real print results.
From paste printing through placement, reflow and inspection, the whole prototype loop stays coordinated under one roof, which is what keeps build one and build two consistent.

Why is an in-house stencil faster?
We do not wait for an external supplier, so stencils can be produced and revised on site the same day.
Does stencil quality affect yield?
Yes, controlling the stencil lets us tune paste volume for cleaner fine-pitch joints.
Can you re-cut a stencil after a change?
Yes, revisions are handled immediately in our workshop.
